Apple Bread


    Cream together:
  • 1 ¼ c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • vanilla
  • ¼ c. water
    Sift:
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. salt
    Mix with dry ingredients:
  • 3 c. chopped apples
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1 c. raisins (opt.)

Fold fruit and dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pans. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour 15 minutes. Makes two large loaves.
